This is such a fun review! For years I was stuck in a rut and was so afraid to make perfume mistakes so I purchased nothing new. I found your channel in the fall and here is my year end wrap up of purchases that I made after watching some of your reviews. I’ve learned so much about notes and scents - thank you. Si Fiori (my all-time favorite scent), Mont Blanc Signature, Coconut Milk Chai, Cloud, La Nuit Tresor a la Folie, Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere, Kayali 28, Delina, Kyse Marshmallow. The biggest surprise goes to RL Beyond Romance (omg, the opening) - absolutely love. The only miss was Bella Rosa but I love the bottle. Have samples of Lost Cherry, Commodity Milk, Soleil Blanc, and Pear Inc. on the way. I purchased Cloud for my younger nieces for Xmas and Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere for my older nieces - all hits! I need to stop watching!!

This was a great wrap-up for the year! I totally agree about Jazz Club. I bought a small sample to try because of all the online hype. I found it way too smokey and masculine for my taste - but when I layer it with Demeter's Amber, or Pi from Givenchy (which, despite being labeled a men's cologne is a very nice soft vanilla scent) it ends up much more feminine and complex, great for winter!

Tuberose Castane from Maison Lancôme was one of my last perfume purchases for 2022 (& before no-buy 2023!🙈), it was deliciously surprising. Especially since I got Armani’s Rouge Malachite at the same time & don’t find to be an interesting tuberose at all… but maybe I’ve not spent a full fragrance day on it. Hi Veronica! I don't know how I didn't see the notification for this video??! I want to tell you that I've tried a few fragrances on your recipe this past month and they're all hits! Milk+ (bold) is so cozy and yummy. It also performs really well on me and I actually got a compliment on it today. Sometimes I mix it with Wood Elixir from MixBar, ir or with Pink Canyon from Skylar... I also tried Lalique Soliel and Dolce Garden and although I liked both I prefer Soliel but my mom loved Dolce Garden, so I gave it to her. Great recommendations though. 😚💜🤟🏻

I enjoyed this video as always! I haven’t tried Cloud 2.0 yet (maybe I will when I finish my current regular bottle) but adore the regular one and have gone through a small bottle and half done with my second small bottle plus a mist. Also Milk is a top favorite ever for me too. I got all three versions in travel sizes from scentbird and then found a second hand bottle of expressive and snatched it up.

I definitely agree that Jazz Club (and also By the Fireplace) is overhyped, but I just don't understand the hype for Commodity, except that maybe you can buy it at Sephora and that's why it's hyped. I have Milk+ and Gold and I like them but they are like less complex, less long-lasting versions of some of my other better perfumes.

I got Mandarine Basilic for Christmas and absolutely love it and most of the other fragrances in the line! The only problem is the fragrance doesn't last too long so you have to reapply often. It's still so perfect and lovely and makes me feel like I'm on an Italian vacation though, so I don't mind! lol

Exactly! A good non-scented body oil underneath may give it a bit more longevity. But WOW! A stunning fragrance indeed! 🥰🥰🥰

I tried Kiss Me Intense yesterday at a perfume shop and could still smell it 24 hours later! It was so strong that it was giving me a headache, lol (and that was from one spray). Strange how we all experience things differently. Happy New Year!

I’m so with you on jazz club! I bought a travel spray set including jazz club and it was too masculine for me. I also think I may not get along with lavender very much. I ended up giving it to my SO and he enjoyed it. But even as a men’s fragrance it seems to lack something. I keep debating on Pear Inc. It smells good but I just got Ocean di Gioia for Christmas, another shampooey pear scent, and I wonder if having both is redundant. I also don’t want to pay retail price for it so I keep checking fragrance net for tester deals. I bought ALOT of perfumes this year so I really don’t NEED anymore but we all know how that goes… My favorite purchases in 2022 were Venom of Love, Black Opium Extreme, Utopia Vanilla Coco, and (late to the party, last but not least) Juicy Couture Gold Couture. Hi Clarissa! First, yes... no need to pay retail when we can get things on discount. I am a huge fan of NOT paying retail unless you're head over heels for something and just can't be bothered to find a discount. 🙌 If you have a shampooey fragrance that you like and aren't feeling a need for more, skip Pear Inc. Jazz Club smells really good on hubby so it's staying on HIS shelf! 😁 Happy New Year, my dear! 🎊🎊🎊

Happy new year 🎉 great video to start off 2023. I’m starting my no buy partial year (I’ll be shutting that down for Black Friday) for fragrance in 2 weeks, but definitely some contenders to try to get in before that happens. This is a small thing, but I love when you keep the fragrance name up for a bit when you’re talking about them. If you’re multitasking it helps so much to be able to glance back at the screen and not have to rewind 5 times to catch the name. I had Dua’s Blondie in my cart and you saved me from disappointment there. One of my biggest disappointments was also from Sugar Milk, and that’s the Cherry Boba Tea, which smells nothing like cherry, boba or tea. If they named it chocolate cherry frosting it may have been okay, but I can’t get past the expectation vs what it actually smells like.

Yes, jazz club is definitely over hyped! I recently found one that actually lives up to the hype, Laya by Ne'emah It's a beautiful 😍 woody vanilla. I highly recommend. I found my bottle on ebay. Only issue is it can be hard to track down. Great longevity & projection and perfect for winter.

I didn't so much like the opening of Jazz Club but I like the dry down. Earlier today I asked my elder daughter about it and she really liked it. However I would like it to be stronger. I don't know if I would buy a full bottle as the 100 ml bottle costs 103 Euros. I would like to try the Hugo Boss Deep Red🔴, I love The Scent Private Accord but I would like it to last longer. I 've almost used it up but I wouldn't mind re purchasing it. I enjoy every video that you upload. Keep up the great job.!!!

If you like Hugo Boss The Scent Private Accord you should try The Scent Absolute, I only have The Scent Absolute, but for me, it's a lovely chocolately fragrance that lasts decently on me.
