Leigh Goodwin, MBA, for us it’s too much to simply enter a stupid store to be watched from entrance to exit, all disguised as “customer service” in most cases. I’m sure no black Americans are leaving the U.S. for this reason but I’m certain, given the all too frequent experience, they definitely think about it. When I travel outside the United States I definitely feel and witness the difference. That’s a fact!
