Nice class. I live in West-Central IL. I grow tomatoes 🍅 , peppers 🫑 and pumpkins 🎃 and squash to sell on my roadside in front of my house along the highway. Let’s say I were to go to Harbor Freight and buy one of their greenhouses and start growing my own plants from seeds; would it be wise to then create raised beds inside of the greenhouse for extended crops to sell or use for ourselves? How long of harvest would I get out of a greenhouse compared to your cold frames or hoop houses?

But how do you combat slugs? When I covered my beds it seemed like I just built a spa for them and they plagued me far into the spring. I’d love to grow under cover again but I’m afraid to foster more slugs this winter.
