Year2 Day 206 - 30 September 2024 rollercoaster but can't have a do over

weekend was mostly good lots of relax and stress free so we thought we would go to Nijhof to look around. Driving there there were road closures so took diversions. Almost there and hit my limit as cars were going everywhere so it took everything I had. Ferdi trying to direct me but I couldn't answer so he kept telling me. he was trying his best but I was over my limit and snapped. felt immediately guilty and upset from it so did he. we talked it out, I cried and we were ok but that kind of thing takes days for me.
walked around and was ok but Ferdi needed to sit and rest. when we were leaving he needed to stop and sit but didn't. this ended up in a fall outside. he cut his knee, elbow and head damaging his glasses again. lots of people came to help and were wonderful. got him up and got home.
we were both exhausted beyond belief and just rested. i wish I could do the day over but can't. ive got to put it in its place.
today they come to fit the stairlift so that's going to be a chaos day. with everything going on will have to take the recovery time
