Hi ma'am ...Yes I do follow these but When continuously if the child is failing to understand any concept I leave it intentionally thinking ..Let's give it a break not now but later we will try again may b the child is not in a mood to learn. .Infact I wait for the child's mood n willingness... Ma'am there are days when (minority )helicopter parents find complaints in the way we teach...then Office Politics, backbiting etc from the very own school management/ colleagues really bothers us...As a teacher how can we not allow all these unnecessary painful things "EFFECT US Personally ?
