Our Generation Music presents an interview with Southern California born, Portland raised breaking artist, YEAT. Destined for a career in music, YEAT details his major influences and inspirations paving the way for his current positioning as the next to break. Stoking the flames of the Soundcloud fire, YEAT stirs up the Soundcloud conversation leading the excitement around his music and releases. Leading his Twizzy Rich Movement, YEAT reveals his creative process and his recording style inspiring the next generation to get it on their own. YEAT details his approach and mentality on staying with his work ethic as he patiently awaits his turn. Earning a seat at the underground table of leaders out of Soundcloud, YEAT keeps his composure setting his sights on the Twizzy Rich Takeover alongside his team. The 21 year old rapper lives up the youthfulness of Our Generation's talent and the sky is the limit. YEAT leaves Our Generation Music with a very on brand message.

@@jamesbroomfield7799 well, James. Just know most of what happened and freaked people out about hip hop was that the genre got , more sub genres & we are in the digital age. So , a lot of people wanted to really be involved in hip hop and it may have looked like they were all “trying to be hip hop” But no they had in mind to become just a sub genre , not really the next big “hip hop name” So they never wanted commercial success , 2nd of all. The digital age, made lotssss of copies of the og hair colored , tattoo having people. Unlike before where u had to own a tv or magazine to hear about the people that u share similar interest with. So yes , I agree some people look reallllyyy corny. U could excuse it due to , us humans are barley opening our eyes to technology so it’s going to come with plenty of copy cats with zero originality. (But it cannot mean allllll rappers are copy cats, look at jack harlow or rod wave) Juice wrld and young thug, They made art like none other even though they also fit the descriptions of yours, To most they may seem like the rest but in this melting pot of tattoos hair color, juice and young thug are veryyy diverse and well thought out in art that we all get to watch before our very eyes, and they are true to Art doing freestyles tirelessly

@@jamesbroomfield7799 this comment has hella racist undertones. Bro has very visible tattoos, sags his pants, wears ski masks, and generally dresses like most black artists. The only thing “clean” abt his image is the fact that he’s white. He is def somewhat well spoken and that will take his career far but bringing up his appareance and saying how “clean” his look is compared to other (black) rappers is just weird Imo.

@@naz4r3th what did your friends say he was like in middle/high school? From what I heard he was one of the quiet kids and was frowned upon in middle school, he was never one of the cool kids and always kept to himself and then started being more social around junior/senior year when he started making music. Idk if that’s how he was tho, that’s just word. He’s always rapping about how no one used to fw him back then so maybe, if it’s true then it makes his music so much better cuz he deserves that shit Fr . Makes it hella inspirational on how he came up on top over anyone who doubted and didn’t fw him
