Palm cake looks delicious! Khmers drank lots of sweet coffees and ate lots of desserts. I hope that we start using healthier sugars like date syrup and blackstrap molasses. At least, use palm sugar instead of the unhealthy white sugar and condensed milk... Enjoy it... 😃
