I get that bass enthusiasts and players dig this channel. I am one of them. But I do not think it is an exageration - or bassist bias - to say that juliaplaysgroove made the song so, so much better, either developing themes that were only suggested in the original or creating brand new ones. Great, great job. And great, great tone too.

She's very consistent in this talent. It's like she can taste the flavours in every song and draw them out to their fullest potential. Brilliant artist, I hope to be as good as her one day.

100% yes. There are a heap of tracks that I wouldn't have ordinarily listened to or liked but due to Julia's bass lines they've been elevated. That's a rare talent.

Really well said, totally agree.

Truly. It's one thing to cover, and it's an entirely different and more difficult task to elevate a track. She does the latter consistently.

It isn't just Joe's bass she is playing here, she is also making liberal use of the signature riff found in his song Beastly. That little 4 note `ba-bump-ba-boom` line is all over this song. What a cool homage.
