I really like how efficient yet thorough your reviews are, with relevant video and audio demonstration clips throughout. Very informative without the useless social stuff and in the shortest video possible. I hate intros, but at least with yours it is not interrupting the delivery of information relevant to the product, which is a good idea as far as intros go.

Can you use the Yeedi C12 PRO Plus Robot Vacuum and Mop without the internet or using the app? Just hit the button on the robot when you want it clean and it will come back and empty by its self?

I just got mine c12 plus not pro, left it on the dock overnight, of course i had the base turned on. It didnt charge, ive tried the yeedi website but it wasnt helpful. I'm disappointed i haven't even been able to try it out. Can you help me figure out why? Does it tell you when it's charging and how?

The Eureka has an auto lifting mopping feature while this does not. I have the Eureka and it is pretty good. The app is better for Eureka.
