I really dislike children using cuss words and their parents laughing about it. They need to understand how that behavior progresses. When the child is a full grown teenager they may be uncontrollable. You are not doing them any favors in life.

Research shows that usually when kids are allowed to use cuss words around their parents, they typically do not feel the need to cuss every other sentence and hide the fact. It’s taught as just another way to express themselves. It is still important to teach a child when it’s appropriate to cuss but by the time they are teenagers, they should have it figured out.
