As a yeeps mod, I can clarify that copying another persons maps is against the rules!! if the owner of the map asks you not to and if you break the no copy signs when being asked not to!!! So yes, it is against the rules to copy another players map, but only if you ask you not to!

I knew it, I put my map in creative BEFORE the owners had to accept the copy of the map, and the person removed the no copy sign, copied it, then left. So now I have a whole bunch of hidden no copy signs so they CAN’T do that at all. 🥲
