Yegor and Leena Boss Fight (No Damage) in The Last Faith

This is the sixth boss fight I found. Surprisingly, it's not too bad of a duo boss. I found out after this fight how to upgrade my weapon and realized I could have been doing a lot more damage all along.
I'm not sure if it's a glitch or not, but for the platform phase you can stand within the edge of the fire beam without being hit. Not sure if the hitbox is further out but that makes it quicker to set up more swings.

DUDE THANK YOU SO MUCH, i remember the first time I encountered these 2, the combination attack from Yeagor and Leena was so hard to dodge cause I was trying to jump up and move slightly to the left and vere to the right in the air which would lead to me getting hit, rolling under the flames, and especially going right up to leena and wailing on her and theres a safe space there for the hitbox for you to get off every attack, you god damned genius.

One tip for people who aren't quite so skilled at dodging as the video maker... Leena's explosives can actually be picked up, if you're quick. When you see those explosive arrows shoot out, try to get close to it.. you can even let it hit you and catch them as they come in. When Yegor is still alive, it's very easy to grab one and put it on him. It will explode, do damage to him and stun for you to do a follow up stunned-attack. Once he's down, I found it a bit hard to huck those back at Leena though, as you have to be close enough to her that she can't just jump/dodge. It is still possible to hit her with these, though. Very good video, outside of not showing that one mechanic @CrankyTemplar.. however it's pretty clear you didn't need to use it. Nice job!! Very helpful video.

Thanks for mentioning that! I wasn't aware that could be done but they seemed to explode pretty fast.

@@CrankyTemplar Yes they definitely explode pretty fast, but its' somewhat predictable when she shoots the explosive arrows. If done right I found you can actually grab them before they land, or right when they land pretty easily after a few rounds of practice (I dont think they hurt you until they explode, so that helps). Great work on doing that with no damage! I did this several times, and couldn't come close to doing that!

I cannot get past this fight. Over 100 attempts. No game should be this hard.

All of it lol. It's just too fast of a fight and I'm not coordinated enough hahaha. I struggled to get even this far. It's a great game, but it's a big difficulty spike compared to say Blasphemous which was ALOT easier for me to get a hold of@@CrankyTemplar

That's insaaaaane bro!!! Game looks cool, def inspired by Blasphemous 2. Ever tried Lies of P? I have some cool no damage no hud reels on that one you may enjoy!!!

I haven't played Lies of P at this time. I've generally found I'm a lot worse at that style of game. One day I'll sit down and get better at it but that day isn't today.

It's nothing like Blasphemous 1 or 2, the combat system is just bloodborne, the levelling up system, Guns, coating weapons, bombs, weapon skills, transformation. heck, your main means of dodging is the classic souls borne roll

I can kill yegor with no problem. I have no clue how to dodge leena's attacks after that. It feels like my character runs 10 times slower.

Did it xD, for anyone stuck at this, if you are using the great sword, you basicly have time only for 2 hits before you need to start moving to the other side. You almost need to start running for the other side of the room a split second before leena starts. With this in mind it becomes easier xD
