These people should watch Flowers Top singer (malayalam reality show for children) and see how judges groom the children. How they correct their mistakes on the stage in the most beautiful way and appreciate children for their voice and talent. You can simply see how the children have improved with in 3monthes into the show. Ps: The show had no elimination in the first season since the children were too little. All contestants participated in the finals.
