Literally these two are my fave in LOCO era. I always watch both of their fancams because they give me different vibes in dancing. Though in preference, I like Yeji’s style. I also notice that even professional dancers who do these kind of analysis has preferences on who’s a better dancer based on their criteria. So having said that, I think regardless who’s a better dancer between these two idols, it doesn’t mAke anyone of them a less of a great dancer. Both will always be a best dancer in their own way. I like this analysis though because it doesn’t say which one is better. Kudos on that 👏🏼

In my opinion Chaeryeong is a very well rounded dancer. Her fluidity and her control when dancing makes us see that she knows very well what she is doing. His steps are clean, energetic and elegant. I'm really mesmerized by Chae's dance. Of course I am not going to say that Yeji is not a great dancer, because she would be lying, although I am still more impressed by Chae's technique.

Yeji and Ryujin where incharge of the dance breaks so until now Chae haven't received center time on dance breaks.. from what I've noticed Chae does better with fluid movements with less tention , maybe that's why she doesn't go full out like Yeji, who on the other hand does better with strong movements and more (for the lack of english vocabulary lol) "dramatic", maybe that's why sometimes I feel like she is rushing unlike Chae. yes, you hit the right spot! Chae did go full out in this imo, I watched her fancams, nothing changes lol. Yes, chaerry have incredibly fluidity in her body but she also has the ability to add pops, do locks and add resistance in her dance (in short: she has balanced technique) Yeji on the other hand, great lines and angles all through out her body, well-develop lower body coordination and great torso control. Yeji shines here cause the choreo does require fast and good transitions, ability to transfer weight quickly and chae struggles to move quickly and has weak knees. But both honestly slayed 🤩💗
