Great interview. I've been a fan of wolf since 2009. Wolf sent me a link to trunk music when he only had 13k followers just before he blew up. I got to meet him in Seattle at the ghetto cowboy tour. And he told us this Seattle fishing story was pretty inspiring. I haven't listened to any rapper more than Wolf since 09. He is a real artist who paved the way for what you see going on with all these country rap crossovers.

All those freestyles, Elvis Messy, Bloody Sunday and the like totally outclassed all his other stuff before or since. I wish he’d just drop all those tunes and a bunch of others in their vein on an album, it would be absolute flames 🔥

Bloody Sunday is so dam dope
@doseferatu9 ай бұрын
I don't think it's fair to say it outshines his other shit. Don't get me wrong I think those freestyles are dope, but tracks like Daylight, Opie Taylor, Unnatural Born Killers highlight a level of musicianship beyond just spitting bars. Also, in terms of raw hip hop, everything he's done with caskey is absolute 🔥
@graphicbars65539 ай бұрын
@@doseferatu Yeah, he’s got some good tunes, man, but his real pocket is just letting rip with his mad cadences, and they are so well showcased on his freestyle series, plus the beats were way harder than any of his official releases, way harder.
