There’s some songs on this album that I’m sure a lot of us relate to. This is one...as just someone who’s listened so long but also losing a loved one every 6 months since 2013. I played this for my 8 yr old today because I found a text on his phone to his favorite person (his unc) the other day that just said “I miss you”. Breaks my heart but this song made it an awesome talk because he bottles it up 😔

I have a baby hot owl outside on the ground in front of the camper door right now.. when I play this song it answers back to it. I am in tears at the understanding this amazing creature has with his voice. Yelawolf you are such a beautiful spirit, not only do u unlock hidden pockets of healing and love in my mind but this owl is simply a sign that someday maybe I just might be able to truly forgive and live in this life I hide in. I thank god and the universe for your ability to Express and share the emotions of such a masculine Male. Thank you.. I pray that you live long and if you can even barely slip across the hearts of all of these beautiful yet hurt males out here... maybe they would let go of the false image of what being a man means that society has paved for them...what a word this could become...o what a world. I salute you sir! And with a little luck and some grace from god ....someday I hope we meet, I would love to simply sit by a fire and just be quiet .. I just know that we have some kindred likeness ...I'll shut up now. This baby owl is trying to tell me sumn...I hope it's good news I simply cannot handle anymore that isnt. Blessed be on yalls journey...sincerely and respectfully..
