Well actually, you're both right and a little bit wrong. It is also slang for a form of IV meth use. It refers to the (really nasty and dirty process) of just dropping meth shards directly into a syringe, pulling up some water into it, and then shaking it until all of it is dissolved, then shooting. I mean it's not like drawing drugs up through a measly little cotton ball is all that clean, but yea, shake n bake shooting is one of the dirtiest ways you can do it. It's stronger than any ice out there. and shake n bake just refers to it because you have to shake a bottle to make it. and also it doesn't take 2-3 hours unless you just don't know what you're doing.
