When he talks about praying to be able to go to sleep it makes me think of the song Disappear on Love Story. The first time i heard that song, it made me think of my own upbringing and also gave me the urge to protect the person in the song. Crazy how a song can cut so deep but not have blown up when it was released. Excited about the new album.

When Yelawolf was speaking on compartmentalizing things in his life for the sake of his art it reminded me of something my therpaist said to me about prolonged exposure therapy: You'll never undo the trauma that you experienced. The next best thing is to get it all organized in a closet and put a label and/or timestamp on it. The closet will be neatly organized so that you can know where everything is.

Look I need to meet Yelawolf, or Michael Wayne Atha in this lifetime like in person and we Need to kick it...
