lights and sounds is really good, but paper walls will probably always be my favorite yellowcard album. part of that is because when it came out, i was going through a rather turbulent period in my life, and it was one of the main albums i gravitated towards to convince me that everything was okay, that everything would get better. it was definitely a huge help during that time. but mostly, i just think it's the most well-executed album. i really have no complaints about it at all

Agreed, I only listen to the song "lights and sounds" but with paper walls, I have almost the entire album on my playlist. Really enjoyed light up the sky, keeper, five becomes four, and afraid.

@@josepetersen7112 I will 100% admit that the singles are pretty much the only songs I regularly go back to on Ocean Avenue. Like, they're all really fucking good, but the rest of the album doesn't do much for me. I still stand by everything I said about Paper Walls, though. That album still slaps and (unpopular opinion time) Lift A Sail is probably a very close second
