For anyone wondering, the name of this tune is "Claire's Song". :)

Seen 'em a million times...always rock solid, and note perfect, no matter what the lineup is. Spoke with Russ Ferrante in the lobby prior to a show at The Dakota in Minneapolis. Had the pleasure of telling him I discovered The Yellowjackets on KTSU radio in Houston in 1984 after the release of Mirage a Trois, while waiting for a train to pass, and have never looked back...timeless!

These boys have been at it for many decades now. Still uniquely their own.

I still love The beginning of the first 3 Yellow Jacket’s Album with Robben Ford formation on guitar. The Albums Are 1. Self Titled, 2, Homecoming and 3. Mirrage A Trois

Jimmy was a Founding Member. What do you mean “only their for a season” Felix Pastorious was there for a minute. Valiant Effort.

Jazz at the Bistro with Jimmy. I was there for 4 Nights in 2011. They were SOOOO On It was Electric. Wills in his 60’s, Bob and Russel in their 70’s. It’s Hard to keep that Excitement for 40 Years. Still an Incredible Band. Dane is Great but is Not Jimmy ☮️
