Manhunts like this, where the hunters can't figure out the twist for a long time and you eventually have to tell them close to the end, are why I feel like your manhunts should have hints built in. Like, for each of these mods, plugins, whatever you use, once you enter the nether that triggers a hint in chat (here it would be telling them the recipe for the block cutter). Once you enter the stronghold (or the end, whichever comes first in case you happen to not trigger the stronghold notification), it tells them more in-depth information, here it would be a list of all the blocks that can give them something (though not specifically what it gives them or what they do, since theyve had the whole manhunt to watch you and figure that out). Optionally, you could include a second hint upon first use of an eye of ender.

that's too easy it's not anyone's fault they can't figure it out they didn't even try most hunters are just slow when it comes to obvious things like the wool drops op loot video it took them so long to figure out something so simple, they didn't think about why boosfer had so much wool or why he collected it they just don't try to think about what the twist is. and most times hunters wouldn't know the twist even if it was right under their nose. edit: and it's not like they have to know the twist it's not obligated for them to know which is why there are no hints if they want to do it, they figure it out themselves.

word of advice: next time you have a twist like this make it so the "twist tool" (the tool you need to craft for things to start going crazy) is either A: only craftable by you, with the hunters' attempts to do so having . . . dangerous consequences, or B: something that spawns in your inventory and can ONLY exist in your inventory

Deepslate emerald would be the rarest ore due to the regular ore spawning in mountains at high Y value so for it to spawn in mountains and be deep enough for deepslate would make it the rarest

That's cap because depslate emerald ore can spawn anywhere between deepslate and stone, as long as there is a high mountain biome above it. Coal on the other hand, can mainly spawn in stone layers therefore making it very difficult to find in deepslate layers.

Coal can spawn in any biome, thus due to the significantly higher chunk volume coal can spawn in, it is less rare. Also: Coal Spawn Zones:320-0 Emerald Spawn Zones:320-(-16) Also Spawn Conditions for Emeralds are harsher Edit to clarify for peeps: I am talking about the deepslate variations. Deepslate Coal is rare due to the contradicting spawn requirments of deepslate and coal, leading to it only spawning around Y=0. Emerald as many know is also very rare, only spawning in mountains(and windswept hills as I have now found out.) Even within those areas it's uncommonly found. Also adding that Emeralds also tend to spawn too high for deepslate most of the time, being mostly found in Y=2XX.
