Yellowtail Snapper- Catch Clean Cook (Amazing Recipe)

My buddy Ryan came home from Okinawa, Japan this week and we sent it offshore with brook. Our goal was to cat net live bait on the beach in the morning, then run offshore and look for mahi mahi. We ran all the way to 1600ft and found no dolphin! We decided to mess around on the reef and caught some nice sized yellowtail snappers! Ryan has been in the marines for 2 years now and has yet to have a meal at our house, so it was a special dinner with the crew!

Victor & Brook with all that extra fish guts and bones left over they make an excellent fertilizer for your plants more like fish crack for plants. All your trees and plants will grow rapidly while your plants will bloom beautifully. They do wonders with roses to orchids. If you already know about this discard what I've said. If you want to scale a yellowtail the "PROPPA" way, grab the tail with pliers and use your water hose to spray towards the head. The scales will come right off if you have good enough water pressure.

did you now that if you turn your hose to jet mode, you can easily remove all the scales on the fish. Keep up the awesome vids. love your channel.
