@@awkwardfreakinperson7936 yes I am actually. I was there when it all happened. As much of a tragedy as that was, that ride is being removed and the park has settled with the family. It doesn’t remove that fact icon park is a great place to hang out when in town.

Boba tea in orlando is more towards the University of central floroda in college park and more towards downtown around chinatown maybe pine hills. its not rare but not common just you might need to seek it out. pine hills or downtown is where you try finding good authentic chinese though japanese is tough but there are decent ramen place if you seek them out and good hot pot places with the conveyer belt style service though i forget exactly where. i know Jackie super Enthused went to a couple and Mike chen did also when he was here.

actually Icon park is designed for families coming from universal to spend some quiet time away from the crazier rides. right now the anchors of Icon are the wheel and that dumb tallest ride which isn't that great. we lost the drop tower thanks to the horrible staff and the big accident of someone falling from it at its max height. the florida state court ruled the tower has to come down as of next year. honestly not a big loss to the area. There's a big legal battle looming with the owner of the park and the state mostly because the park refuses to take responsibility over the death. not sure what will happen but it can't be good.

If you knew you were too fat to ride and had been denied at several other rides , because of your weight, most people would think it suspicious , if Suddenly " your obose body was allowed on a free fall ride" .. Wrong decision on the ride operator and patron!
