I don't think it was warming up. They let in actual XG fans for the show because the antis would buy tickets and sit there to be silent during the whole performance. Now people have to show proof that they bought the album and are actual fans. I'm glad XG finally have people to give them the cheers they deserve.

Probably why most groups that have english songs don't really promote them on music shows but TXT performed Devil by the Window which is an english song and their fandom chants and cheers for that. However, in XG's case it is mainly because of their nationality.

XG 프로듀서가 재이콥스로 한국(아버지) 일본(어머니) 혼혈의 미국인죠. 그리고 이 노래 작사 작곡을 한국 뮤지션인 챈들러외 3인이 했습니다. 당연히 KPOP 유전자가 들어간 곡입니다. 그렇기 때문에 전원 일본인 맴버지만 한국 가요방송에서 나오고 있는 것이죠. KPOP 더욱 확장하려면 현재 KPOP 가장 핫한 나라인 일본과 태국 (둘다 인구 1억이 넘음)의 KPOP그룹도 성장해 줘야 합니다. 또한 한국은 인구가 너무 줄어서 앞으로는 맴버들 다 한국인으로 못채우지 때문에 태국, 일본인 맴버가 들어오는 것은 필연이죠. 한국이 글로벌 방송으로 크려면 이런 포용성도 가야한다고 봅니다. .

They had to change the rules for the tickets given to the fans. Now you have to show proof you are an ALPHAZ. You now have to bring copy of the 3 cds plus show your weverse account. What was happening is that the antis and haters were showing up early claiming the tickets for XG fans and then not showing up or staying quiet. It was all over twitt er. Now we got real ALPHAZ showing up.
