The only thing I don’t like is that Yennefer says they took away her choice of having a child but it wasn’t like that. They told her the price to pay before ascending and she was like “idgaf make me pretty and give me power”. She’s making it seem like they held her down or didn’t tell her she wouldn’t be able to have children until after everything was said in done. SHE made her choice back then and she shouldn’t blame her regret on everyone else.

Actually I believe she means when she was bought by Tissaia for Four Marks. She didn't want to go but was forced. They forced her into becoming a mage; either that or be turned into an eel. I don't believe there was any going back. That's what I think she means by not having a choice.
