YENYENING LAKES | NEW ROOF TOP TENT | SAN HIMA KALBARRI GEN 2 VER 2.0 RTT

Fiona and I finally bought our first roof top tent. San Hima Kalbarri Gen 2 Ver. 2.0 from Vicoffroad in Victoria. After doing some research on various types of roof top tent, we settled on the wedge type tent. But this isn't your traditional wedge type, it has 30% more space. The other feature that attracted us is the sunroof, so we can enjoy gazing into the stars at night. The other thing I liked about it is that it fits perfectly on top my my Jeep Wrangler's roof top!
We were going to make a video about the tent at the Gwambygine Ascent a free campground, unfortunately our usual spot was taken and there were a lot of ants on the ground. I know Chewie wouldn't enjoy walking with ants around.
So, we randomly came across a lake on Google Maps, it was around 46 minutes to get there from our current location. YENYENING LAKES was so beautiful, we got there late in the afternoon. But I would say we came at the right time because the sun was beginning to set, and it just made the who place really stunning!
If you're wondering if this is a free campground, well Fiona looked into it and yes you can camp here. But there are no facilities, so you'll need to bring your own water and portable pottie.

Are you satisfied with the roof top tent? 2 adults. Can my 1 year old child fit?

You should be able to fit 2 adults and 1 child inside. Both of us sleep with our two dogs inside, and they are 5Kg and 10Kg. Still a lot of space to move around and place a small table, which we did for placing our tablet on top to watch movies. I would recommend looking at the roof top tent dimensions to get an idea if you and your family will fit inside. Our height might be different to yours.

U can loosen the ladder attachments and slide them so it clears your shower awning.
