Yuqi and Minnie are back, hoping they'll be OK. Minnie was medusa. Pretty sure Soyeon was Athena, Shuhua was queen of hearts, Miyeon possibly Cleopatra. They also have references to their old songs - Shuhua's scenes begin on a queen card, Soyeon mentions their first full album "I never die", the scorpion is in Hann (alone) and Miyeon's opening shot mirrors the one in "oh my god". They also seem to have shout-outs to other big female idol groups in the lyrics, like "fearless", "baddie" etc

great finds here. to add some tidbits: -some people connecting Shushu's character to Marie Antoinette, but a set designer recently posted a scene photo tagged "queen of hearts" set =D -the Athena aegis shield was used in their LION (Queendom) performance. Athena symbolism also includes the spartan helmet and spear (SL MV), the owl (SL MV), the olive tree (HWAA MV). also snakes, and Athena was often depicted with the head of Medusa. it was likely intentional to portray Soyeon and Minnie together in those cuts. -the heart-shaped cake in Shushu's scene to me seems like an overt "icing on the cake" homage to Tomboy and Queencard. not sure if that was intentional. -the song title references to other groups seems like reaching to me.

(G)I-DLE CONVERSATION HIGHLIGHTS ON THE PROGRAM 'KNOWING BROS': 1. The 1.1 billion won (~USD 820,000) budget mentioned by Soyeon was ONLY for the "SUPER LADY" MV, not the entire comeback budget. 2. It was revealed that (G)I-DLE paid for HALF of the 1.1 billion won budget for the "Super Lady" MV and CUBE paid for the other half since it was a big-scale music video. There are 100 dancers and 500 actor exclude the sraffs in M/V.
