Yep, as is the case with nearly all groups, their main dancer just moves differently from everyone else. There is a fluidity, sharpness, and power to a main dancer that the other dancers in a group tend to lack. Back in the day you saw with with Min in Miss A, Hyoyeon in SNSD, Minzy in 2NE1, etc. They always looked in some ways like they were dancing a different choreography than the rest of their group as their moves were just so much crisper and powerful, yet effortless. Obviously SinB is considered one of the more elite active main dancers as well.

What makes Sinb a good main dancer is that because she doesn't overshine her members. She might be at the front most of the times but her moves is still synchronized with the other members. If you'll look at them as a group when they are dancing, you can't tell what's the difference in their power and technique, because they look like one, but when you watch the members individually, you can notice how controlled and sharp Sinb is in her moves. But the fact that she still manage to maintain the snychonization of move with her other members is very promising. I just wish that other can see that. A good dancer doesn't need to exagge every moves.
