Beautiful work! What kind of paper did you use? I notice that lifting worked well to make vein highlights, so I wondered about your exact paper, paint pigments, and brush.

@@Popkongart Thanks for that information! Was Viridian one of your greens? The green that lifted so well. I have heard that true Viridian does lift. In my palette I have a phthalo green shade that is called Viridian but really isn't. It is just the same color as viridian, but it stains and doesn't lift. So I would love to know which green lifted well in your video. Thank you so much.

Oh actually I mixed viridian with Cobaltblue hue. It is one of my favorite color when I paint leaf 😊 You should try this way ☺️☺️

@@Popkongart Thank you, I love the cobalt blues but haven't bought any. I think I will try a true Viridian now. I was thinking of doing that but your lovely video has shown me a very good reason :-) Thanks for your replies. I know posting videos is a lot of work.

This is proper highlights of the bubbles to shine raises and forming shapes of droplets on the leaf this is real. I like the way you are leading the eyes into picture.
