She’ll be back in the pvp meta in the future though when shadow milk gets under control

your healer is the most important pillar of your team. your healer dies, your team falls apart. Mystic is pretty much targeted by your opponents skills most of the time(esp. those skills that target the lowest hp cookie).With having lackluster defensive stats, combine those two factors and she dies pretty early. Idk much about Cream Ferret, but its probably because they're even squishier than Mystic, plus their starting skill is pretty long, so they die before even casting the skill and turn into the "untargetable" state. (speaking from experience) So Snapdragon is the viable choice, using their "Safeguarded" status to be immune to all damage.

⁠it’s because shadow milk targets the lowest hp characters first both of them have extremly low hp and they get absolutely nuked in the first few seconds of the fight, and the big downside is if shadow milk cookie kills you before his skill ends the skill will do astronomically more damage, so not only do you lose both cream ferret and mystic at the start of the round but your teammates will heavily suffer aswell, that’s why snapdragon and wind archer/dark cacao replaced them because snap dragon can’t be targeted or killed and the others have higher hp so the cookie that gets targeted is now golden cheese with her revive you can atleast defend a bit (even though she gets nuked aswell in the first few seconds)
