Yeoor Hills A to Z : Complete Guide to explore Yeoor Hills in Budget || Yeoor Village ||Thane

Yeoor is a hilly area in Thane city of Maharashtra state in India.It is known for its panthers and wildlife and is popularly known as "Mumbai's National Park. Yeoor Hills is a famous and quick gateway inside the city of Mumbai. Yeoor hills is the highest point in the Thane and offers a breathtaking view of entire thane. It is a hill situated inside Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The trek requires only 1 hours of climb on 1 side, and is quick & fun gateway inside the premises of city.
Here are some of the Fun Facts about Yeoor Hills:
FunFact #1: Sanjay Gandhi national park is so huge that it has 3 opening gates within Mumbai. First one is in Borivali, which is most famous and also leads to Kanheri Caves whose detailed video you can find from the below link:

2nd Opening Gate is at Mulund, which leads Yogi Hills. 3rd entry gate is at Thane, which opens to Yeoor Hills . Yeorr Hills is also sometimes called as Mama Bhanja Hills
FunFact #2: Yeoor has 6 villages, and houses a population of around 3000. There are bungalows owned by the wealthy and ministers.
An Indian Air Force station is also located in the area. Access to the area is tightly controlled by the Forest Department, and no vehicles are permitted to enter after 20:00 hours.
The entire village area has access to MTNL and Vodafone network.
The clean atmosphere is the main attraction of these hills, and has converted it into a perfect tourist spot for the people of Thane. People also come for morning walk and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere
FunFact #3: Sabsa bda advantage yeorr hills public transport or bus se aane k yh h ki apko forest entry fees nai deni pdhti h...as yeorr hills sgnp me h ....to yha pe 4 wheeler ka entry charge 190 and then per individual adult ka charge 60 rs h...so 1 car + 4 adults ka total entry fees hi sirf 430 ho jati h... and if ap bus me ho to no entry fees. Yehi rasta hai . Jis gate se vapas aayi ho us hi raste se aage Jana hai. Ek aur gaon hai. Aur aage chalte rahna. Pure char km ka rasta hai jo Chirmadevi waterfall se ho kar Havare city se bahar nikalta hai. Bus no 61 se Thane AA jao. Yey Trek Maine akele Kiya hai. Lekin savadhan rahiye. Tendooae se(leopard) kahi bhi mulakat ho sakati hai.

Mazha nhi aaya yar, i got down on parmarth niketan pr udhar bh kuch Mila nhi aisa rasta, to eventually mujhe aage h jana pda last stop and whan se village ke raaste thoda trekking krne ko mila, rasta to mil gya tha pr thodi trekking ke bad i was solo to kaale muh Wale bandar dikhne ke bad main return aa gya.
