TDU isn't a competitive racing franchise. That's what truly killed this game. People came into this game expecting two previous titles to support a third, but this game is definitively nothing like its predecessors, and that as far as I'm concerned is what truly pushed a lot of people away.

Nacon needs to listen to the players and fast. There is basically a demand list online now. Here is a short list of what I see most, some of which I don't personally agree with, but I wouldn't be offended by: 1. Offline mode 2. adjustable AI difficulty 3. More ways to earn money without grinding 4. Houses with customizable items. I know they thought monetization would be best achieved by selling a "battle pass", but how little they know TDU fans. They'd be better off selling DLC, at this point they could even try selling Solar Crown credits like Ubisoft did with the Crew Credits.

It's a mystery to me how they could release the game in this state. The “ demand lists” haven't just been around since launch. They've actually been around long before TDU SC was even announced. What's more, people have been writing their fingers to the bone in the official Discord for years with requests for the game. And it's really only about very basic TDU things like houses, side missions, the different types of stores and of course offline mode. So the developers can't say they didn't know anything about it. It seems to me more like they're desperate to force through their own vision. But the players just wanted a new TDU...

bruh. No crossplay, it's region locked, tiny 8 player servers and the worst thing of all, instead of race invites going out server wide, you basically have to pray that someone else is doing the same race at the same time as you... this is the worst multiplayer i've ever seen in a racing game. WHat the hell were they thinking. This was designed by people who have never played a racing game before

And fun fact the old CEO, Alain worked on both tdu1 and 2. Im not sure how they could mess up this so bad, it does really feel like a early beta build, not meant to be released. Im not sure why they did it since they have been working on this game for atleast 6 years. But oh well, i got tdu1-2 working on my old Xbox 360 and im enjoying it, even without any real players. Bc it has a campaign and a story to it...i Wish they would restart all over with tdusc and listen to the players. All we wanted was a reworked tdu2 with better graphics and physics, thats really all we been asking for...what a mess up kt/nacon is right now, may go bankrupt i heard...oh well

Gaming as a whole is just dead, it's all just unfinished, buggy messes with microtransactions left, right and center. No one cares about a good product anymore because "we'll fix it in an update." The only game i'm genuinely excited for anymore is GTA VI, after that I think I'm done with gaming for good.

I mean I was 8 when the first tdu came out lol. I can understand why a lot of people have an issue with solar Crown because it differentiates so much from the original 2, but me personally I just wanted a fun working game. For example I've been playing Need for Speed for the last 12 years and that franchise has betrayed itself more times than I can count, But I still can enjoy most of the titles. If you really really want me to be honest, I just have a much higher tolerance for bs ecause that's what I've come to expect from the gaming and entertainment industry. If I didn't turn myself into a glass half full guy I wouldn't be playing games anymore lol

They had too much hype for poor quality & when their employees strike b4 the game launch, it sends a message to the gaming community that we're in for a long ride at our own expense. The is a lot of problems with ga.e and if fewnodbthem were fixed it could greatly improve the game. The difficulty is a major problem that no one is really talking about. The Developer admitted in the last dev diary that the AI gets unbeatable at a point. Add a difficulty option and let people choose how difficult they want it. Secondly, in a car game you should be able to buy cars. All of the cars are expensive and the payouts are low. This needs to be adjusted

Totally agree Lofi. I'm so disappointed in this game in the franchise. It's fun cruising and it's got a really good base 💯. It's a shame ranked doesn't really work. Already finished the season and all the rewards and what is there to do now?? Great video bro 🔥💯🫡. Developers really need to work on the online aspect of this game or just add an offline mode.
