I think they could. After the attack on the Ark Enikk wanted permission to build a Nikke. It would make for a great story. Rapi only has Red's core, DEEP most likely has her head.

My man what are you talking about DEEP didn’t keep red hoods head red hood and rapi literally fused when red hood died and rapi fell asleep. And for the record I love red hood but the game has told us time and time again that her time was up.

​@@jorgequintero8141If they were fused then Red would of been gone when Ingrid got rid of Rapi's original body because of the duel cores. Rapi most likely has Red's nimph which has her body map. Rapi's extra body weight is due to the extra resources needed to recreate Red's body. Rapi's nimph and vision of her ideal self is what kept recreating the duel cores. Listen to Ingrid's concerns about it and her decision to memory wipe every Nikke involved with Rapi's upgrade.

The thing i dont like about this story is we see Rapi develop and change cuz of Redhood but back in main story where she should have this development, she doesn't and is like a slightly developed pre-Redhood Rapi.

I think you misunderstand something. I don't think that redhood is coming back (going from the latest chapter). Red Hood already came back but sacrificed herself again so rapi can live. I don't think she will come back again...
