The baby might not be Yusuf it could be Mehmet and she didn’t gave her kidney to Yusuf it was someone else she paid the doctor to keep guiet it’s all part of Bade and Hamiyet game to keep Yusuf from going to Havva. Anyway it’s Yusuf fault for marrying someone who he doesn’t love because of his pride and stubbornness not want to listen to Havva trying to explain why she lied.
