Bro I just bought one like this for my daughter. Need some help. Guy I bought it from replaced the motor. But did something wrong. The pulley on the motor and the pulley on the rear dont line up right. Just need to know what to do to make this thing right like yours so we can go blaze some trails. I'm not am expert but can do the work. Never messed with a go cart b4 and just need pointed in the right direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If you check my channel out now its the orange one I have with the 670cc, but I can still help you buddy! You need to take the primary off the one on the engine and put washers on the shaft if it needs to go out to line up, just make sure the shaft has plenty in the CVT primary. If needs to go the other way you can try the back I don't know if you got a back plate or jackshaft but you can shim it the other way with washers. If you need more let me know that may not be explained good enough sorry :D

@@kartguy thanks that actually makes a lot of sense. And yes that is the one that needs to come out. I watched some other videos and seen one about putting a series 30 torque converter kit on and ordered one. But I think I'll go ahead and try your way while I wait for it to get here. You might have just saved me $70. Thanks!

I just got done restoring a spider box for my 8 year old son first off road toy. We lifted it and did the up graded arms and widened it some. We did a stage 3 predator build and a torque converter. Powdercoated the frame and rhino lined the floor peddles and engine mount. Every nut, bolt and cable is brand new on it. I ordered most of it through go power sports in Texas. I was shocked when I realized it only cost me about 1500 bucks for a prestine, new off road cart. I was even more shocked at how fast the damn thing is lol. I had to put a throttle stop on it for my son. Anyways, cool build and nice burn out at the beginning, we will always be kids at heart ...lol
