WOW Someone on YT can actually weld with a flux! I've just watched every pred go kart swap nothing but piss-poor welds so Its refreshing to see! Good work and great design.

Welds look far better than anything factory from Yerf-Dog. Peerless Gear has a series 100 differential that you might consider for a future modification.

What rear brake rotor and rotor mount did you use?

I used the stock disc and attached it to this. most of the holes aligned up, I had to drill one or two holes in the mounting hub. just make sure the disk is perfectly centered on the hub. you may have rotate the disk to get most of the holes to match up. I use 1/4 inch nuts as spacers all around the center of the disk to keep it centered in the middle of the hub. www.gopowersports.com/1-sprocket-and-drum-mounting-hub/
