YES!!! Algarve LAND for UNDER 10 Grand!!!

Could this be YOUR Algarve holday base? Set in the wild and beautiful cork forest mountains, this property really needs to be seen in the real to truly appreciate what it has to offer. As it is so overgrown it was difficult to video and to bring you all that it is so we would recommend a viewing if it seems to be what you are looking for.
We were actually tempted to buy it ourselves!
It is a small plot of around 2000 m2. This means it is manageable to maintain but still big enough to give you space to spread out and make a nice base for visiting the Algarve. The venders are looking for just under 10.000 euros, which we think is quite a bargain for property in the Algarve. We have not looked into the fire risks for the area but here there are very few Eucalyptus, Mimosa and Pine trees which have fed wildfires in the summer months in other areas at risk areas. And of course any change of use for the property should be explored further with the local authority.

It is near the lovely and friendly village of QUERENCA just north of the pretty town of LOULE and only 30 minutes drive from the wonderful beaches of the Algarve, Portugal. However it is actually in a stunning area of natural beauty that could be a fantastic holiday destination in its own right. There are many well signposted trails from the property and the area is known for its many fontes and springs that provide fresh water year round.
