Another great trick is icyhot mild kinds on your neck they have a roller one at wall greens and when my heads so bad medication isn't helping I will use the roller icyhot unmy neck to those muscles on back of head all the way down to my sholders. Ok so get a spoon I use lile a big one any size is fine. Take the back of the spoon 🥄 both ends use ehat feels good for you. And rub it from the base of your head those muscles pulling down your neck like to the top of your sholders. I get chronic migranes sooooooo bad and sometimes this is my only relief. Hope this helps. I'll look for link for you.

@MacNeil I order pain creams from Melaleuca I get pain A Trate that's the mild icy hot lotion, I get the purr workout muscle massage roll on, and MelaGel. I noticed at thongs different brands can be gotten at wallgreens or grocery stores. I live in Alaska and im not sure if you guys have Fryed Myers or not. Hope all this helps.
