I still love the traditional food. Pillao zarda and qorma. Despite being offered seven different world cuisine in weddings I still opt for the above. No comparison with it. My second choice would b saag and maki di roti with lassi. Awesome U r an outstanding chef. I have been following u for years in different channels.

Mai bhi hmesha sooji ka halwa milk mai pkati hoon mager akser chef pani mai pkaty hain or jo milk mai pkaty hain wo bhi kehty hain k pani dalna bhi zaroori hai werna halwa soft or danydar nhi banta.. aap kya kahen gy is bary mai..??

Zarda colour is a chemical then why you are using in chashni why not is boiling rice process

The colour of zarda and halwa should have been lighter.its too dark and zarda without nuts is like eating just rice.
