So, you’ve explain that an outlier is any amount that isn’t a guarantee in a pack. How do you know which amounts are guaranteed in a pack?

On the TX lottery website, you can review the game tables for each ticket. You can determine the winners in the pack based on that info.

I don’t think I’ve ever played a scratch off in my life so I just want to know people that play them often do you read each section where it tells you how you win or do you just assume because you’ve played similar games in the past and not bother? Cause that whole only needing 2 matching symbols to win rather than 3 seems a bit shady … and how many people actually scan all their tickets to make sure they didn’t win? Like in general not the people who make KZbin videos or watch them … I just feel like so many people are going to throw away winning tickets. I mean a regular person just scratching a ticket for fun probably would have thrown away that $100 winner.

I do read the rules for each new ticket but I do have a general feel how they should play. I think they intentionally make some of the game play confusing so people will miss wins. I've seen people throw away winners.

I would be shocked if you didn’t.
