Sounds he used: Mellotron brass with minimoog overdubs for main theme, hammond c3 organ for verse, harpsichord solo, organ for insrtumental, mellotron flute for bridge, then same thing mixed with strings, organ again for verse, mellotron flutes and strings for bridge, mellotron brass w/ minimoog, mellotron brass over a synth drone (or possibly organ pedals) mellotron+minimoog again, first dry then thru leslie for outro
