I have been to Panama. The people of Panama have done very well. They have the canal, the canal zone, several air force and army bases, many army forts. Infrastructure bridges, roads, sewer, water, electrical, a complete modern society for the price of 1 dollar. We even removed their dictator. They did extremely well.
