THEN
And in a time that's closer
Life will be even bolder - Then
Souls will be complicated
Life will be consummated - Then
Hearts will be brought together
Soon in our minds forever - Then
As long as we see
There's only us who can change it
Only us to rearrange it
At the start of a new kind of day
Love is the only answer
Hate is the root of cancer - Then
Truth is just for the being
And there's the sight for seeing - Then
Thoughts will be thought together
Soon in our minds forever - Then
As long as we see there's only us
Who can change it
Only us to rearrange it
At the start of a new kind of day
And in a time that's closer
Life will be even bolder - Then
Love is the only answer
Hate is the root of cancer - Then
Thoughts will be thought together
Soon in our minds forever - Then

These young boys... Jon Anderson is 78, poor Chris Squire passed away at 67 from leukaemia almost 8 years ago. These guys were (and are) my heroes, and Yes music was my religion growing up (and still is). I'd like to think that they are immortal, but alas...

😂😂😂. No, amigo!

RIP Chris Squire, an awesome musician. I remember hearing him talking about Trevor Horn having the nightmare of going to Madison Square Garden, and Chris being the coach saying "Don't worry son you can do it, it'll be alright, it'll be alright".

I imagine that the fun joke of Chris Squire simulating the keyboards and Tony Kaye the bass, may have started because Steve Howe was not very comfortable, simulating a guitar that was not his. So to make him more comfortable, they made this joke. "You didn't play that guitar, but neither did Chris play keyboards, nor did Kaye play bass. :

Why is Chris Squire on keyboards and Tony Kaye on bass? I also wondered why Steve Howe was on the cover of this album but Peter Banks played on it? Bill Burford kills it on this track like everything else he's done with Yes, a bit better than Alan White.
