Love this thing. Have it in the blue micarta and the action is superb!! But I can see how those with larger hands would find it too small for comfort

Definitely need an 8inch version of that Real Steel. Im carrying my Kizer Justice in blue denim. It’s a budget banger imho.

Today's carry: Kansept Baba Yaga and Nesstreet , both copper cf/damascus. This knife reminds me of a shorter Kubey Coeus or Civivi Qubit , with a bit of cutting edge given up to a choil that , imo , isn't really needed on such a small knife . Not a big fan of the taco frame , esthetically, but the light weight speaks to its advantages in a pocket tool .

This Real Steel kinda reminds me of the CJRB Version. Today I’m carrying the Miami Dolphins colored CJRB Shale. I love the look of the knife but admittedly I got a lemon. Its action is gritty and rough despite me cleaning, oiling, and spending some time breaking it in.😢

Just put this one in my cart - the Blue Denim Micarta one. I'm on a Real Steel binge now. They had fantastically quick delivery to Australia - DHL delivery straight to my door in 5 days. Have you looked at the Real Steel Barlow RB1 Slipjoint ? $24.95 with quick release ambi pocket clip that doubles as a fork. Screaming sharp 12C27 deep hollow ground blade. Wow !

I just bought this knife and I love the overall design, blade shape, and handle shape. It's also surgically sharp, one of the sharpest I've ever gotten from the factory. I just commented on another video about this knife and mentioned how small it actually is and how they need to come out with an extra large, so I agree with you on that. The knife does need some improvements, though. It's too small to have the narrow finger hole, and needs to replace it with a thumbstud. Also needs a beefier, higher tension Omega spring, as the detent is a little weak, making the knife more prone to causing injury. Also needs a T8 pivot screw. The T6 they use is ridiculous. One last thing they need to change is either the length or the bottom shape of the handle. The tip is right at the end of the knife, and combined with the weak detent, makes any movement likely to expose the super sharp tip and cause injury (as I painfully discovered.) They either need to lengthen the handle by 1/8 - 3/16 of an inch, or change the bottom bladeside scale angle to come straight down rather than angle back toward the center of the handle. If Real Steel makes these changes, this knife will be a winner. Certainly one of the best-looking knives I've ever seen.

Don’t say Shit about this knife! Just buy another one if this one is not for you.
