Had to come back and say that I tried the Broccoli Cheese soup - although I didn't have any carrots I had everything else on hand already so I just skipped the carrots. It was AMAZING!! It did remind me very much of the soup from Panera, which my whole family loves. I am sure it would be even better with the addition of the carrots and I will definitely be trying that next time. So easy and so delish - thank you for sharing!!

Everyone makes enchiladas different. The sauce that you were talking about is a red sauce and you dip corn tortillas in and fry them in a skillet. Stuff it with shredded chicken and cheese. Roll them up and top them with queso fresco, you can buy it at walmart, and you're done. the Chili peppers for the red sauce can be found in mexican grocery stores. I think it's called Guajillo chilies I'll have to check with my mom on that one. This recipe looks so good though.

With the oriental chicken thigh teriyaki dish if you add some orange juice after you got done heated and its thickened it makes the amaze- ball sauce also. Love your vibe. So cool.

Jalapenos have "capsaisin" in them which is what makes them spicy. WHen you cut them up the capsaisin gets on your skin and stays there for a little bit. That is why even after you washed your hands it still burned. A trick that I learned from watching cooking shows is to rub olive oil on your hands before you handle jalapenos and you won't have to worry about that anymore. It really does work!! And since you were wearing gloves maybe rub olive oil on them too. I am new to your channel and I really enjoy watching your videos. I am definitely going to try the chicken lasagna!

TIP: When searing anything, if when you go to flip it... it is stuck to the pan, Do NOT force it to separate from the pan's surface. Leave it for 10 second increments then try again and when it lifts without force it has substantial searing and coloring. Really works. It WILL release when totally seared, promise. (May have to adjust heat after adding to pan.)

I started working at a daycare this week & havent been eating during the day, I was playing with the kiddos in the ball pit & I'm pretty sure I passed out for a second!!! 🤪 Starting my day with hard boil eggs while I make a bagel egg sandwich ** Key to the best egg sandwich is sauteed mini sweet peppers , onions (raw), egg(obviously), cheese, meat of ur choice (or no meat, theres enough flavor) and the best part, a bit of vegetable cream cheese!!! Food network, hit me up!!

One small tip on chicken it makes its own crust so if it's stuck do not flip it. Wait until the crust forms and it releases itself from the pan and you can flip :)

I love Broccoli Cheese Soup! I cut my baby carrots into thin rounds and saute with chopped onions, broccoli stems (diced) and celery in a couple of TBSP. (usually more) of butter. When tender, add equal amount of flour and cook a couple of minutes. Then I add broth (canned or home made) and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened. Then, add a small carton of Half and Half, 8 ounces of cream cheese and a pound (or more) of Velveeta, Simmer until cheeses are melted. Add chopped broccoli florets, some chopped, and heat through. It tastes better the next day.
