i love the paint job as well. i have two trackers and one is sail blue (sounds lame but is awesome) and the second is black and orange. both done in the drive way as well. it really makes these awesome rigs stand out and give them character. its cheat and fun too.

I actually considered Sail Blue, it's kind of a cool color. I was going to do the suspension (springs shocks ect)...in Sail Blue, Thank you for your comment.

Hold on to those trackers...there may be a resurgence coming as new 4x4's are way to expensive, pricing most of us out of the market.

Hey Cal , on my tracker the water pump pulley is so close to the timing belt cover that it has rubbed a hole in it . I'm a wondering what is wrong the cover is warped ? I have found missing bolts. Loose bolts . All are tight now But still to close to the cover

Pretty Common occurrence, Sometimes the belt wears and stretches over time and can get sloppy and rub against the plastic cover. The tolerances are already very close so even and old pulley can develop a minor wobble resulting in the same effect. Or a lot of times the bolts get loose and the plastic timing cover will slightly rest against the belt. Those are the areas that I would look at first.

I like the copper color , fits it nicely imo , really stands out . What is the actual color called? I got all winter to decide the color I'm going to do on this here tracker I got about 3 weeks ago . Their great little rigs that hold there value.

The color is actually a Burnt Copper metal flake that I found on Amazon. amzn.to/3ZzWbov I actually had several cans of it on hand from an unrelated project some years ago. Some of my trackers have bumpers or Targa tops, or springs and lift blocks painted this color. Like, Low Range Off-road has RED, Calmini Has a Light BLUE...Tuff Trails had Burnt Copper. The camera loves the color, but actually in person, I do not. It does not have much depth even though it has three coats of clear...but the sun does light it up pretty good. Our theme is Low Cost, Affordable or Budget off-roading which focuses on a lot of DIY stuff that a person could do with some basic tools and a standard garage at home. In the case of painting with a rattle can, it is cheaper to get a Harbor Freight paint gun and a good single stage urethane and knock it out in the driveway real quick, but some neighborhoods and local ordinances may object...lol Thank you for you question...
