Yes! You can reset damaged lithium cells in your battery pack!!

Ok, this does not work on every 18650 lithium cell out there..and especially won't work on Chinese knock off cells.
If your blessed with a damaged battery pack and it's Japanese made (LG, Samsung, Hitachi, Panasonic) then your in luck.
Please exercise good judgement and turn on your common sense mode in your brain before trying this.
