@@Cybertron-HallOfRecords The spindash in SA1 is too good. It gives you an insane amount of speed, along with the smooth controls the question becomes whether you can control that speed, it adds an even higher skill ceiling to the game that's also just plain fun, I wanna go fast. The level design is more open and gives you more options, especially with the crazy spindash you can find more skips. SA2 does add the neat trick system, bounce, railgrinding, faster light speed dash and the ranking system, but it also added the roll move which is completely useless on its own, the level design demands you to use it because it's useless on its own. But most importantly they nerfed the spindash so now you are pretty slow, SA2 is one of the slower Sonic games. SA1 also has much better side characters, Gamma, Tails, Knuckles are great on their own, Amy is too slow and Big is not fun. Meanwhile in SA2 the mech stages the controls are horrendous for no reason, and the emerald radar got nerfed so those stages too are a pain. Also you are forced to play as them to progress, while in SA1 you can choose not to. Also Sonic's new animations and model are a downgrade, but in return we did get Shadow.

I think that line meant that he just does what he thinks is right and he doesn’t care if he’s remembered badly for it. Eg. SatBK “Are you ready?” “Ready for what?” “Once you defeat King Arthur, you’ll be the worst of knights, slayer of kings.” “Guess I can’t be the hero every time.” One thing that’s bothered me about this cutscene is that it shows that Sonic is willing to kill if that means saving the day.

Cada vez que me preguntó porqué soy fan de una seria con tanta falta de consistencia. Esta canción me recuerda porqué, no amó a Sonic por que sigue lo mas de moda, no lo amo porque es un burlón que se la pasa haciendo chistes malos, no lo amo porque es una representación de lo que los 90 creia que era "Cool"; lo Amo por quién es el, porque es un personaje entrañable, porque fuera de toda su actitud de que no le importa, es una persona que siempre hara lo que crea que es correcto para el mundo y sus amigos, alguien que no necesita una razon para ayudar a alguien que realmente lo necesité y nunca se rendira por más desdichada que sea la situación, siguiendo adelante con una sonrisa confiada en su rostro; tal como dice la canción, alguien con un genuino corazon de oro. La del SA2 es más estable en el sentido que es capaz de mantener un mismo ritmo de forma continua al presentar otras líricas. La de SA1 me gusta también porque la siento más de alma, como si alguien estuviese gritando lo que piensa en realidad de forma desorganizada.
