I'll take an El Duque over a Pedro 100 times out of 100. I do not care what you do from April through September assuming you play like an idiot in October. That's why Stanton plays like a Yankee and Judge is just a nice guy who is on pace to be considering a postseason loser for the rest of time.

The Dodgers outplayed the Yankees, and that was without a healthy Ohtani! Even if they didn't have that error-laden 5th inning, they still wouldn't have been able to pull it off.

Fried is a career 3-4 with an ERA of 3.18 against the Dodgers. He was 0-2 against that vaunted Dodgers lineup last season. I like my Dodgers’ chances.

Gil is an ace. Yankees were smart not to trade him. Tucker is good but replaceable. Cody Bellinger and Tucker are similar. Finding a pitcher like Gil is near impossible.
