As a Seventh Day Adventist and with everything that is happening in the world and unfortunately in the church I am now very particular about which SDA pastors I listen to. Pastor Vine and Pastor Kelly along with Dr Walter Veith are some of the very few pastors I will listen to now. Thankfully we still have a few pastors who will speak truth and truth only.

Yes, those 3 certainly speak the 'straight testimony'. Fortunately, there actually are many others who do or we would be in trouble. So many have watered the message down so much and are taking on the ways of evangelicals and siding with the pope. We have some real issues happening in the leaderships of our church and deep dive studying is not so desireable by many anymore. We need all the straight shootin' preachers we can get. All this feel good preachin' is gonna come back to bite.

My granddad left Ukraine with my mom and his wife in June 1929. Stalin started his starvation of 15 million Ukrainians in Dec 1929. Wow! It was tough in Canada only he lived till his 70's, and now has at least 100 descendants. Only learned this history a few years ago. Thank you and sending love and blessings.

Dr. Conrad Vine is one of the TRUE WATCHMEN, that i count on one hand that i listen to. Why? Because, the Holy Spirit speaks through him. I heard this particular sermon earlier this week and i was not the same; the reason being that HISTORY is my favourite subject; especially in relation to Biblical Prophecy. His humility is SO refreshing and his message WILL WAKE you UP! Happy Sabbath to God's People and pray for the protection of this WATCHMAN.

The summary of Ellen G. Whites *"Great Controversy"* argument is thus concerning the Apostasy of the Apostolic Church from her book, in chapter 3. 1. The Apostle Paul and John warned that the Apostasy of the Church Christ instituted. And, that the apostasy of the Church was going to happen and was already happening in 53AD and by 90AD, the Apostle John was already commanding people to *"Come out the Church Christ instituted upon the Apostles, the prophets and Christ being the chief cornerstone.* Thus, the "HER" and Harlot of Revelation 18 to EGW and Adventism is the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church and the *book of Revelation is begging all the Christians to leave the Church Christ died for and John, Paul and all the Apostles labored to bring into the "ONE Faith", ONE Body, the ONE Church to an end regardless of Christ's promise to never leave it or the gates of hell prevail over it. *

When Church does wrong publicially it is right for it to be publicially rebuked. You are conflating criticism with rebuke, but they are different.

Rev 12v18 ? at 38:48 . Daniel 12 v1 mentioned earlier in the talk is the third woe on humanity .This does not happen until the " bride " ; the 144,000 with the character of Jesus is made up . This character is developed by petitioning grace to achieve agape love for all as per John 21. Once that number is made up probation for the SDA closes and anyone not striving for that character is excluded from salvation .Jesus holds back the winds of strife until the 144,000 are established . The winds of strife cause the Al - Aqsa mosque to be destroyed which is the catalyst for all versions of Islam to unite in a holy war against the " west" . Just as Clovis removed the Ostrogoths from Rome and then became the power supporting papal decrees ,,so America will counter the third woe with violence and use the pope as the corrector of heretics to justify the deaths . America will have a form of killing that can target anyone anywhere and the woe will fade as they realise " who can make war with him" . The beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit of Rev 11v7 is the restablishing of the papacy as the corrector of heretics due to the circumstances of the third woe . All woes are perpetrated by the influence on humanity that came from the bottomless pit as the smoke of a great furnace ; in essence ,the papal wound is healed by the bottomless pit providing the circumstances . This is why E White prophesised that Daniel 11v31to35 would be repeated . This time round though the 144,000 with signs and wonders from Rev 18 will be doing the preaching of righteousness . Uriah Smiths understanding of 11 v 36 to 39 as France was correct .But that interpretation has a typological element to it ,in that it is inclusive of all governments that are of the people for the people seperate from bible influence ( 501c ) . By ignoring Smith and claiming v 36 to 39 referrs to the pope this understanding can not be concluded and we are unequiped to warn the world of the impending disaster .It is by that warning that we get a head start on papal influence that is promoted by counteracting the woe .

The falling away in her mind described in 2Thess. 2:4 *was caused by the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church abandoning the enforcement of the Sabbath commandment upon the Gentiles.* and that every Christian must become Jewish first, before claiming to be Christian and the claim of Cephas to be Pope. 4. EGW and the SDA claim was that faith through Grace in Christ and the Holy Spirit and the fruits of the Holy Spirit was and is not sufficient to keep a person from murdering or stealing..etc., thus the spirit of lawlessness. And, that ONLY by the LAW of 10 commandments could keep people from sinning, NOT by the Holy Spirit. 5. She also claimed that suddenly somewhere long before 325AD, the Catholic Church decided to have a Pope, who was the Vicar of Christ and no one in the entire known world protested. This was *"already occurring"* in 53AD when the Apostle Paul wrote 2Thessalonians 2 while at the same time the Apostle Paul as calling the Peter, "Cephas" meaning Rock. And, prior to that Christ named Him "Rock" from the moment Christ called him and so did every other Apostle who spoke the Aramaic language, as Christ and most of Judea at the time. Only those who DISOBEYED the Church could be saved in EGW's teaching. 6. She then claimed by the time of Constantine, the entire known world of Christianity had fallen away "to join forces with the Pope" and that was "The Great Falling Away" prophecied in 2Thess. 2:4 in 325AD. Yet, not one voice protested anywhere in the entire known world of Christianity. 7. For Ellen G. White, persecution and martyrdom of the Church was a good thing and the church living in peaceful times was deplorable. She would have much preferred that the torture of the Christians continued than have peace. 8. In the end, Ellen G. White and the Adventist church teaches the Papacy didn't begin until 538AD according to their 1260 day prophecy, but that conflicts directly with their own writings which say the Papacy was already ruling in 325AD, which is 217 years or more difference. Ellen G. White writes explicitly in Chapter 3 of the book Great Controversy, speaking of the time of Constantine in 325AD less than 200 years after Christ: *"THE GREAT APOSTATE HAD SUCCEEDED in exalting himself “above all that is called God, or that is worshiped.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4. He (the Pope) had dared to change the only precept of the divine law that unmistakably points all mankind to the true and living God.* (Great Controversy Chapter 3. …. "No such honor was given to the day by Christ or His apostles. *The observance of Sunday as a Christian institution had its origin in that “mystery of lawlessness”* (2 Thessalonians 2:7, R.V.) which, *EVEN in Paul’s day, had begun its work.* Chapter 3 of Great Controversy. Yet, there is no record of any "Controversy" about a change from the Sabbath to Sunday in the records of Church history. 9. EGW's and the Adventist's point is that Christ ( *God himself in the flesh* ) could *NOT* and did not *"Point mankind to the true and Living God"* And, that only by Sabbath keeping could they come to know God, period. 10. Lastly, Ellen G. White had this to say in her Book, "Spiritual Gifts" . What a beautiful line is this from Ellen G. White: " "No matter how powerful the evidence given of Jesus' being the Son of God, the Redeemer of the world; *they had murdered him* , and could not receive any evidence in his favor. Their only hope and consolation, like SATAN 's after his fall, was in trying to prevail against the Son of God. They (THE SABBATH KEEPERS) continued their rebellion by persecuting the disciples of Christ, and putting them to death. " *(Spiritual Gifts, 101)*

Smooth words but a disturbing mix of half history and applied Adventist pressure points. The glib dismissal of guns in this speech hides Vine's right wing prepper mentality that I saw firsthand in my iteration as editor of Liberty magazine-- when he and an accomplice sat in my office and pressured me to run an article on a Christian's right of self defence and use of violence. I ran it as an "Opinion" piece--an opinion at loggerheads with a founding Adventist principle of noncombatancy; established in the midst of a civil war. His ignorant invocation of incipient Marxism in the US belongs in the Macarthy era of paranoia, and further reveals its origin by his advancement of anti-vaccer extremism. SDAs long avoided this type of thing as the privy of Jehovah's Witnesses. Yes, every vaccine has side effects, but only a flat earther could fail to recognize that modern longevity is almost totally the result of the utilization of germ theory/handwashing, antibiotics and mass immunization. The real test of late, which we Adventists failed, was shutting down organization and churches during Covid as " non-essential" services. And foolish Adventist political partisans take note: the mandate was under both parties' administrations. A precedent has been set and the time of trouble is still ahead. But no matter, push ahead with double doses of sanctimony and ego; let's just ignore that the present lack is spiritual life.

My dear brothers and sisters, don't be deceived! The Pharisees in Jesus' time had the right Sabbath day but didn't know the God of the Sabbath! And so would you if you hold on to the non-biblical Trinity doctrine instead of worshipping the "only true God" as Jesus Himself puts it in John 17:3!
